Fuelmag Ltd UK to Purefuel Technologies
April 2008
Purefuel Technologies Ltd is a company on a mission “to control the bacterial and fungal build up in modern fuels without the use of toxic chemicals”. Formerly Fuelmag , PFT is now a UK based organisation with proven success in marine and land transport fuel management. PFT moved to the UK from NZ to promote it’s products to the world market from a more suitable base. With the increasing levels of biofuel now being introduced to the domestic fuel market and increasing amounts of biofuel also being added to forecourt diesel for cars and commercial vehicles alike (up to 10%) the need for a non toxic method of controlling bacteria growth is vital.
PFT was formed in April 2008 and is based in Sudbury Suffolk UK and manufactures it’s fuel contamination control units in the UK to ISO 9001-2000 standards using only premium grade components. The rights to the technology necessary to produce the units, IP and patent are all owned by PFT which means they are able to provide bespoke units for all types of engine and fuel storage/dispensers.
